Website measurement

We use Jamwidgets and PostHog for website measurement when configured. Page visits and usage identifiers help us understand how the site is used. Private assistant and sign-in routes are excluded from the page-view integration.

If you connect a calendar account, we receive the information required to provide the abilities you enable. Selected text sources are in development; when enabled, Patches stores the content you choose to provide.

AI usage

Patches sends model requests through Concentrate and Amazon Bedrock according to its configured routes. Requests can include messages, relevant history and information returned by permitted abilities. Selected source content is in development. Calendar and source content can contain personal information.

We do not train models on your content. Credentials and service tokens are resolved by the application and are not included in model instructions or tool arguments. Provider processing and retention follow their terms.

Data retention
